GF Guides Home
FROM THE USA
As a native New Yorker, I thought it knew everything there was about my fair
city.  Ha!
The Gluten-Free Guide to New York took me down a peg or two... it
goes a long way toward keeping newly diagnosed celiacs, and cocky veterans
like me, busy for a long time. . . Despite all the advances in the celiac world of
the last four years or so, there are still many people who bemoan the fact that
they have to follow the gluten-free diet.  But this book shows there are many
reasons for optimism.

For gluten-free diners, there is thankfully much more to eat in the Big Apple
than big apples.  That's made abundantly clear in
The Gluten-Free Guide to
New York
by Maria Ann Roglieri. . . New Yorkers are fortunate to have such a
helpful guide to GF dining.  Every major city could benefit from a GF guide as
thorough as this.
